Bake-off

My husband asked me the cutest thing today.  He asked if I would help him bake something for a bake-off that he and some of his colleagues are doing at work.  I found it to be quite adorable, really.  The initial thought was that we might try to make macarons again, but he wanted to do most of the work himself and didn't feel terribly confident trying those as his first baking endeavor.

So he decided he wanted to try making some meringue cookies, which I made for his birthday years and years ago.  Can't wait to [help] make these this week!  Stay tuned!
